June 1, 2015-57 Days and Counting!!!!!!

This week was pretty good. Last week for P-day we went to the Stake Presidents house and had a memorial day BBQ and also played ultimate frizbee and volleyball. I was so sore the next day ha but it was fun.
Went on an exchange with Elder Wilkey in Ellensburg had a good time there did some service cleaned up a back yard. One of the kids there made steak and shish cabobs and asked me to finish the steaks and I cooked em medium rare ( the only way to cook steak) and he was like thats not done so he grilled em till they were jerky but it was nice of him. Also I finally had sushi for the first time in 2 years while I was there:))
Then came back and one of our Zone Leaders came up here and did an exchange with us, it was a fun time and worked really hard. Havent worked that hard in a lil bit I was so tired the next day ha. But we did find 3 new people to teach that week and a total of 6 people to teach through out the week. Elder Barnes ( my ZL) definitely taught me to teach in every situation. One of them we tried by this guy Shawn who we talked to about a month ago and said we could come back. Well we finally contacted him again and when we went there his girlfriend was there so we talked to her and as we were talking to her Shawn pulls up and says " What do you want?! Im havin the worst day of my life!!" So we just said well you said we can come over and share a message with you about Christ. ANd he said alright i'll give you 5 minutes so we start talkin with him and then I ask him if we can go in his house and sit down with him and his family. It was an awesome lesson we were able to see the Holy Spirit soften his heart as he heard the message of the Restoration.
As we were getttin in our car Elder Barnes was like Elder Nelson you got some huge Juevos to ask him if we could go in side I was afraid he was gonna tear our heads off. The Spirit really softens peoples hearts!
IT was a good week!
Love you all!
Love,
Elder Bubba Nelson
